time is passing quickly and we can´t believe that Gijs has to leave us in some days.. 😫
Enjoying the time with "our fourth son" we have much fun, besides we learn a lot about the beauty of SA. Actually we don´t regret a minute of enlarging our family for this wonderful time! Thank you FSA! Happy New Year to all of you! Sabine

I am pleased to inform all concerned that all is well here, except the temperature (5 degrees on a warm day!)
Other than that, this is a truely unforgettable experience. One of the things I will miss is the smooth-working public transport services.

Monique hat nun die schönen aber auch sressigen Weihnachtstage mit all den Familienfeiern hinter sich und ist sehr glücklich hier.
Sie hat so viel bekommen und gekauft, dass sie meint, dass ihr Koffer viel zu klein ist😀
Am Dienstag fahren wir dann nach Österreich in den Ski Urlaub. Mal schauen ob sie sich auf die Skier traut😀
Und dann kommt auch schon der Abschied

Es geht mir sehr gut! Alles macht viel spaß, obwohl es sehr kalt ist =). Ich muss hier immer Deutsch sprechen und darum schreibe ich auch auf Deutsch^^
Have anyone noticed how weird the computers are?
I love Germany. Everybody is so funny here, especially my younger sister who doesn´t really know how to speak english... if she doesn´t know a word she will continue the whole sentence in German... I don´t understand either way, but it cranks me up every time!!😀
Also, the shoes here are great!!!

Switzerland tour
The first tour to Switzerland for the October pupils starts on the 4 January, the tour for the December guys on the 6 January.
I love my host framily and the school though it is bite weird to go to school in the dark and it is very cold.

Germany is very cold and dark, but is getting used to beung in the dark the whole time...😀 My host family are very nice and asks alot of questions. School is just boring because I do not understand anything!!!

WOW. I am having a wonderful time! I have been placed with the perfect host family for me and I thank you for that. The only down side that I still have to get used to, is that it is freezzinggg!! Buxtehude is a beautyful city with a very interesting history. I am looking forward to the rest of my stay.

From the beginning Germany and my host family has been great,couldn´t have asked for a better family!Tank yu so much for the opportunity..I try to remember everything( german phases and names of places they show me)and write it down in my diary,but everything is just so overwhelming!
Germany could anytime be my second-home!

Hi there all my German exchangehees, believe your enjoying the lifestyle as nuch as I am!! Im realy lucky to have been selected to go to this family its just gr8. The only thing I dont like about Germany is its to dam cold. It started to snow a little bit but that was coool. LOVING GERMANY
