The past month that I have spent in Germany has been a life changing experience! I have learnt so much about German culture, food, and met so many friendly people. I am so grateful for the opportunity that was presented to me and I will miss my host family dearly!
3 Monate Südafrika
Meine Zeit in Südafrika war einfach nur der Wahnsinn!Ich bin so froh diese Entscheidung getroffen zu haben und die Zeit ging auch schon leider wieder viel zu schnell vorbei. Ich habe mich super mit meiner Gastfamilie verstanden und schon nach den ersten Tagen sehr gut in das leben dort eingelebt . Mit meiner Gastschwester zusammen haben wir ein Internat besucht, dass ca. 120 km von zu Hause entfernt war. Es hat mir total gut gefallen .Die Leute in der Schule waren alle so herzlich und offen zu mir. Somit hat man in der Schule auch sehr viele enge Freundschaften geknüpft. Ich hatte außerdem eine enge Bindung zu meiner Gastschwester und kann es kaum erwarten sie wieder besuchen zu gehen. Vielen lieben dank nochmals an das ganze FSA Team für diese wunderbare Zeit !

The past month was an adventure of a lifetime that I will never forget. I made so many new friends here, learned things of Germany I never knew and with the amazing family I had, it made my adventure even more amazing!
Time to say goodbye.
I had a wonderful time in Germany. These past 3 months were a life changing adventure which taught me so much about myself and about the world.
I can truly say that I had the most wonderful hostfamilies... yes I stayed with almost every family member and integrated into their way of living.
It has been a great experience and I would do it all over again. It wasn´t always easy, but that is life and you can´t do anything about what comes your way, you just have to find your own way to deal with difficult times! I believe this exchange made me a better and stronger person.
It is hard for me to say goodbye. You grow to love the people here and you get use to the new life here.
Understanding got easier and knowledge got bigger. I have been loved, been traveling and made unforgettable memories which I will treasure for ever.

😫 the three months have past by so quickly . The past few days have been great with all the Christmas joy and happiness. I will miss it and would like to say thank you to the fsa for the opportunity .
firstly i would like to thank god for giving me such a wounderful hostfamily it feels good to be here in germany and great .i had the food that is more delicious and new to me and went to many different places that i never thought i would be in and meet new people , school was good and the classs mates even though they didnt want to spaek english but it was ok, and i enjoyed the sports leason and english becouse english was spoken,i got the gifts from the english teacher also to the headmaster for christmas.the host brothers were just fine and we had lot of fun ecspecially with samuel ,we watched movies and played football and tvgames with elias . it was a meeter of time that sometimes i feel homesick but at the moment they kept me busy with cooking or watching tv, they made me feel like a new born baby ,they are supportive,loving and carring they showed me love and gave me a warm welcome . the father and the mother were funny and their friends also and am very greatful with this host family i feel joy and happinness

Germany is the most amazing place ever! My host family welcomed me with open arms and immediately made me feel home. The school was an amazing experience for me and definitely something I will always remember. The language, the people, the Christmas spirit and so much more ... everything is just perfect. I am looking forward to the remaining 15 days of my time in this beautiful country. Germany, you most definitely have not seen the last of me!

This is my 5th day in Germany and I love it so far!😁 It is really beautiful here! I already visited Cologne this weekend and also went bowling! It was really nice! Today is my first day going to school, so it is also a new experience! Hopefully it will go well! I love my host family!
